Welcome to Memorabl.one. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules and guidelines for using our mobile application and related services (“the App”). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

1. Introduction

Memorabl.one is provided by Emitlogic Technologies. Our aim is to offer a simple, secure, and delightful bookmarking and note-organizing experience. These Terms set out the rights and responsibilities between you and Emitlogic Technologies while using the App.

2. Eligibility and User Responsibility

The App is intended for individuals who are 13 years of age or older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you are between 13 and 18, we recommend using the App with the knowledge or guidance of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for using the App in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Your Account

To access core features, you will create an account using your email address and verify via a one-time passcode (OTP) or supported single sign-on provider. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure. Emitlogic Technologies may suspend or terminate accounts that are involved in misuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

4. Your Content

Memorabl.one enables you to save and organize URLs, notes, tags, and related information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By using the App, you grant Emitlogic Technologies a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your content, we do not analyze it for advertising, and we will not sell it.

5. Using the App Responsibly

We ask that you use Memorabl.one respectfully and lawfully. Do not attempt to access systems you are not authorized for, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or use automated tools that negatively affect the service. If necessary, we may restrict or suspend access to protect other users and the platform.

6. Service Availability and Updates

We continuously improve the App and may introduce new features, updates, or changes. While we strive for consistent availability, occasional maintenance or interruptions may occur. We are committed to resolving issues promptly but are not responsible for interruptions, data loss, or delays beyond our control. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your own content if desired.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The App may integrate with third-party sign-in providers or link to external websites that you choose to save. These third-party services are outside our control; we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy matters to us. The way we collect, use, and protect personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in that Policy. Memorabl.one does not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or engage in cross-app tracking.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to the App, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Emitlogic Technologies. Your use of the App does not transfer any ownership rights. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary elements of the App except as permitted by law.

10. Ending Your Use of the Service

You may delete your account at any time through the App. If we suspend or terminate your access due to violation of these Terms or legal requirements, we will act in accordance with the Privacy Policy regarding retention and deletion of your data.

11. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to provide a reliable and secure service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or compatibility with every device. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emitlogic Technologies disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emitlogic Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. In jurisdictions that do not allow such limitations, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Emitlogic Technologies harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
